Supply Chain Specialist (1-Year Contractor)
Job Description
This role will be in charge of Operational activites in Pfizer Turkey External Supply Chain, acting as a member of the Istanbul VSOT (Virtual Site Operations Team). This position offers an opportunity based on a 1-year contract.
The candidate is expected to use ERP systems and communicate effectively with related functions and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing base reports for monthly tolling reconciliation process
- Completing tolling reconciliation adjustments in SAP
- Doing daily/weekly Readv file completeness check
- Creating Ariba PO’s when needed
- Arranging return materials from CMO (truck arrangement and IBD creation in SAP)
- Sending materials to CMO from DC and customs (truck arrangement and OBD creation in SAP)
- Preparing GEKAP report (FG and import materials)
- Preparing Psychotrope report (ketamine, ketalar, acetone)
- Uploading FG CoA/CoC’s to Fiori system
- Creating ticket for BOM changes and material creations
- Doing declaration of imported APIs and bulks to TITCK system
- Updating PO’s after FG fees are updated

- ES ELM SC team meeting
- Internal VSOT meeting
- SC team meeting
Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
- University Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering/Materials Management/SCM or Logistics Degree
- MS Excel knowledge, Preferably SAP knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Preferably 1 years working experience in Supply Chain related fields (planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, customer service or demand management)
- Strong communication skills
