In this role, you will oversee all activities within your department, ensuring organization and flow.Your work is critical to the team, as you helpfacilitatethe environment fellow caregivers need to work efficiently and cohesively.

A caregiver in this position worksMonday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays required.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as a liaison with external clients.
  • Coordinate various department activities byfacilitatinganalysis and reporting information.
  • Develop,maintainand distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff,PTOand patient information.
  • Prepare, provide analysisforand implement special studies and projects.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • HighSchoolDiploma or GED
  • Five years of office experience
  • Five years of experience coordinating andassistingwith management functions and special projects
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $17.25

Maximum hourly: $26.31
