Position Summary:

The Administrative Program Coordinator provides administrative and programmatic support for various programs, which cross over the institutional enterprise S/he assists department management with all administrative aspects of programs and activities. S/he responsible for maintaining all regulatory and departmental records and activity files in strict compliance with ACCME Guidelines.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Administrative: Prepares and organizes educational meetings enterprise wide
  • Travel: Coordinate and arrange visits with community partners and provide personnel support.
  • Compliance: Monitors and maintains all regulatory policies in accordance with the institution and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
  • S/He will perform a variety of duties including: program administration, organizational analysis, budget preparation, contract/grant administration, facilities support, systems and personnel support. They will assist in budget development by gathering, analyzing and reporting data; and monitor assigned budgets, report variances and provide projections and recommendations as requested.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

  • 3 or more years of progressively responsible experience and multiple project administrative duties.
  • Practice a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.


Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite position.
  • This position requires mandatory travel. Schedule can fluctuate due to high activity volume and event requests.
  • As a condition of employment, City of Hope requires staff to comply with all state and federal vaccination mandates.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $50.28 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
