Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
The Jr Digital Designer works closely with PH&E and marketing team to create and produce engaging and effective digital materials based on local omnichannel strategy.
Acts as an advisor to marketing on best practices related to content design and visual communication.
RESPONSABILITIES – Core components
- Collaborate with different internal clients (PBG), translating their needs into visual concepts according to the brands.
- Demonstrate skill in evaluating different graphic options, considering the needs of your clients.
- Adapt regional content based on local requirements.
- Use Adobe Express to streamline content reuse.
- Deliver materials according to the timelines requested by internal clients.
- Collaborate with the agency (CoLab) in WoW for the adaptation of digital content.
- Provide recommendations to business units on best practices related to design, visual impact, etc.
- Integrate content creation into the Adobe Workfront process for visibility to marketers.
- Deliver reports on content creation.
- Identify quality improvements on Pfizer and products brand identity guidance application on content.
Capabilities & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
- Experience in designing digital materials.
- Experience in branding and editorial design.
- Good understanding of design principles such as typography, images, visual hierarchy, layout, etc. to effectively communicate messages.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Figma is a such as WhatsApp, emails, webpages, apps, social media, etc.).
- Experience in audio & video formats (editing and musicalizing)
- Experience in designing materials for point of sale, events, packaging is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Excellent visual judgment: aesthetics and composition.
- Excellent writing and spelling skills.
- Creativity and strategic thinking.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience in designing digital materials (as part of omni-channel campaigns and their adaptations for channels.
- Experience in webdesign is a plus
