Job Description
Position Highlights:
Primary purpose of this position is to dispatch the drivers of Parking & Transportation to any of the Moffitt Cancer Center campuses for pick up or drop-off of supplies, research samples, blood work samples or any other product that may be needed between campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone, answering emails and monitoring Moffitt Service Portal (iStar)
- When not dispatching, this position may aid in completing office tasks, updating spreadsheets, ordering supplies, answering parking line, as well as any Parking or Transportation Services task assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
- Any other assigned task relating to the Parking & Transportation department.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- *In lieu of a high school diploma/GED, an additional 6 months will be considered, total one year and six months (1.5 years) of experience in customer service, dispatching and transporting individuals or products.
- Proficient phone skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written.
- Customer service experience
