What You Will Achieve

In this Pfizer Youth Talent Program, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in an assignment in which you will gain industry experience and help solve some of the biggest challenges we face today. With guidance from your mentor, you will understand the expectations of an employee in a professional setting and how to work independently, as well as within a team, to achieve your project goals. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values diverse thinking and encourages calculated risk taking.

The 12-month program consists of a variety of meaningful

assignments and projects for various departments in the

company.

These assignments will include rotation exposure and focus on training-on-the-job experience that is able to groom and build a strong foundation for the fresh graduates especially within Pfizer Vietnam. Below are rotation options for your reference:

  • First rotation: Customer Facing (CFC)/ Key Account Management (KAM)/ Primary Care Marketing.

  • Last rotation: Commercial

How You Will Achieve It

  • Contribute to the completion of projects, manage time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Work on fixed assignments that allow peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions.
  • Seek to improve own performance, contribution, knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and enhance your communication skills as you will be participating in meetings, and providing presentations to other personnel at all levels of the organization.

Work in teams or independently on assigned tasks, and be part of an ownership culture that values diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

Potential candidates should be a recent graduate from pharmaceutical/ medical/ economics/marketing universities with strong academic background with less than 2 years of working experience.

  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Vietnamese.
  • Good Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments
  • Strong organizational skills, capacity to quickly identify problems and create solutions
  • High learning agility & ownership taking.
  • Able to work and collaborate effectively with teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Data collection, analysis or digital marketing knowledge.
  • Able for mobility or go on business trip if required.
