Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Business Support serves as administrative force at the Primary Care and is responsible for assigned administrative tasks, processes, internal systems and applications as well as coordinating and providing support for Primary Care Lead, marketing and sales colleagues. The colleague at this role also ensures timely providing all documentations and administrative support for approval processes and archiving.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
ARIBA – preparation of Purchase Orders
Vendors - administrative agenda (e.g. ensure contracts with suppliers are timely signed, renewed; collect and archive documentation)
Working with internal systems and applications (e.g. ACM, CMT – Contract Management Tool etc.)
Coordinating and providing of high quality organizational support for marketing and sales colleagues within the Category with focus on:
Corporate Sponsorships
Consultants services
Approval and evidence of professional literature
HCP’s consents and other documentation
Organization of internal meetings
Organization of Pfizer Hosted external meetings (HCPs)
Liaison with Legal/Compliance, Procurement and Finance departments
Communication with vendors regarding Purchase Orders, invoices, contracts, documentations
Collecting and archiving required documentation
Excellent knowledge of SOPs, supporting colleagues about internal processes
Monthly review of financial accruals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience at related area is advantage
University Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Czech language
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Advanced Office 365 Advanced iOS use
