Job Description
HASTANE TAKIMI PFIZER TEMSİLCİSİ İŞ TANIMI
- Hastane Takımının mevcut portföyünü hedef uzmanlıklara (Enfeksiyon Hastalıkları, Mikrobiyoloji, Yoğun Bakım vd.) tanıtımını yapmak,
- Hastane Takımı bünyesinde yeni gelecek portföy için hazırlık yapmak,
- Tanımlı kurumlarında ihale süreçlerini takip etmek ve gerekli düzenlemeleri yapmak,
- Tanımlı bölgesinde detailing, hedefleme ve segmentasyonu üst düzeyde uygulayarak kilit kurum ve müşterilerini dahil edecek şekilde iş planı geliştirmek,
- Pazarlama stratejileri doğrultusunda kurumlarındaki ürünlerin tüketimini takip etmek ve ürünün doğru hastalara erişiminin sağlandığından emin olmak,
- Belirlenen müşteri iç görülerine yönelik değer katacak çözüm önerileri üretmek, projeler planlamak ve hayata geçirmek,
- Çok kanallı iletişim ve dijital uygulamaları takip etmek ve etkin şekilde hayata geçirmek,
- İş modelinin geliştirilmesi için farklı fikirler oluşturmak, yeni sistemler geliştirilmesinde aktif rol almak,
GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Üniversitelerin lisans bölümlerinden mezun
- Bulunduğu takım ya da terapötik alanda 0-3 yıl tecrübeye sahip
- B sınıfı ehliyet sahibi olmak
- ÜTT Sertifikası'nın bulunması (Tecrübeli adaylar için)
- Seyahat esnekliği
- Etkin iletişim kurma becerisi
- Çok iyi seviyede planlama ve segmentasyon becerisi
- Çalıştığı portföy için iyi seviyede mevcut durum analizi ve tespiti yapan
- Yaptığı tespitler doğrultusunda çözüm ve proje önerileri ile gelişim sağlayan
- Kurum ve müşteri odaklı bakış açısı
- İyi seviyede fikir lideri iletişimi yapan
- Değişikliklere kolay ayak uydurma becerisine sahip
- İyi seviyede Türkçe bilgisine sahip
