We are currently searching for a talented Therapy Area Specialist, Oncology

HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS

Therapy Area Specialist is a member of Finland´s Customer Facing Team in Oncology, that is responsible for sales excellence/customer engagement for key launches and key growth products across Oncology Finland. The Therapy Area Specialist is focused to create engaging customer experience on how we will introduce new products to HCP’s and drive growth for oncology products in Pfizer.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Therapy Area Specialist navigates across virtual and F2F channels and masters Pfizer oncology at high level. In this role you are the champion and partner in oncology omnichannel team to ensure deep understanding for oncology strategy and priorities. The Therapy Area Specialist is in front line to understand local market pharmaceutical business environment changes and impacts for our business.

The key responsibilities in this role are:

  • Operates across oncology to drive launch excellence and customer engagement for key products.
  • Responsible for building strong customer network and engaging customer experience for key launches and key growth products across oncology.
  • Ensures best in class customer engagement through high digital sales capability, understanding and ability to navigate through digital channels.
  • Leads close co-operation and operates as a partner with oncology omnichannel team to ensure that Business Unit strategy and priorities are driving the customer facing team actions.
  • High capability to prioritize, measure and improve operations based on customer insight.
  • Mastering product life cycle management and launch excellence.
  • Possessing senior level understanding of Finland business environment, pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and comprehensive oncology therapy area and customers.
  • To work with CF team and CBLs and other commercial roles to develop holistic omni-channel strategy for our key assets.

Your profile covers:

  • Extensive sales experience in oncology and strong history and networks in targeted customer groups in oncology.
  • Willingness to learn and self-learn deeper understanding in oncology through complex scientific information.
  • Ability to create and manage content based on customer needs and insights. 
  • High digital sales capability (understanding and ability to navigate through digital channels).
  • Possessing industry leading sales excellence capability, change agility and One Pfizer mindset.
  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.
  • Strong skills in communication and prioritization.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
