Job Title: Knowledge Management Lead

Position Summary

This position reflects the degree of importance that product and process Knowledge Management (KM) has at Pfizer, given its strategic role across the product lifecycle from process development, through Technology Transfer / New Product Introduction, routine manufacture (clinical and commercial) and product retirement.  The Knowledge Management Lead will be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of product and process knowledge management at the site to improve the robustness and efficiencies of manufacturing processes.  As the Grange Castle site continues to grow and expand, it is imperative that the KM Lead will continue to build on its current success and drive the site KM Program at a more strategic level, in line with the overall PGS KM strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site KM program in alignment with the PGS KM strategy that supports site end user requirements, ease of access to relevant information and enables colleague development.
  • Act as key stakeholder to define and influence overall network PGS KM strategy.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Digital and Technology Council to determine and agree future KM digital needs for the site in line with site Digital strategy.
  • Develop plan for sustainable ongoing support and maintenance of existing KM Digital tools e.g. KM Mobile, Expert Capture
  • Drive governance of network digital tools to ensure standardised approach, GMP Compliance, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop process for incorporation of KM related projects / deployments into IMEx at Tier 2/3 (e.g. through CI loop)
  • To drive expansion of site KM strategy into DS
  • Communicate, track, maintain and report outcome metrics for the site KM Program, and roll up to PGS KM Program.
  • Continue to promote KM culture and embed good KM behaviours across site
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the site KM program

Qualifications/Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience
  • Digital Technology expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of the business and end user KM requirements while operating in a GMP compliant environment
  • Good facilitation and/or innovation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder manager, have strong abilities to influence and manage change.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence leadership and line management
  • Comfortable leading in a matrixed environment
  • Good project and change management skills
  
Work Location Assignment: Flexible
