per diem positions generally work up to 20 hours per week as needed
Patient Services Cooks have line cook responsibilities including reading tickets and making meals to order. Much of the workday is spent on the line working multiple stations including flat top/grill, sauté, deli, and steam table. Our chefs work hands-on with new City of Hope cooks to develop mastery of each station.

As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Line Cook experience including reading tickets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dedication to the mission and patients at City of Hope.
Your qualifications should include:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of related work experience preferred
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and cash

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $20.40 - $24.48 / hour
