The Digital MarTech Solutions team provides a comprehensive suite of technology solutions to enhance the Healthcare Professional (HCP), Patient, and Payer experience. A Solution Delivery Lead will assist in managing Agile Teams responsible for digital products which will provide an engaging experience for Healthcare Professionals, Patients, Payers, Clinical, and internal Pfizer colleagues. You will be aiding in strategy, defining demand, and prioritizing the Team Backlogs to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or Functions of the supporting products. You will play a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the teams and ensuring development meets the user’s needs while driving outcome based results.

ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer creates over 100K pieces of promotional content annually. From print ads to website content, all material must be formally reviewed and approved, and appropriately maintained within our digital asset library. As the Digital Global Content Approval Lead, you will oversee the GCMA (Global Content Management & Approval) system across more than 100 countries. Touching the entire lifecycle of promotional materials from inception to retirement this role will require you to strategize improvements while maintaining our high standard of operational excellence.

  • Assume global Solution Delivery Leadership for supporting GCMA (Global Content Management and Approvals system)
  • Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product by serving as Product Manager during: definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, roadmap description and communication, and management updates / KPIs.
  • Manage new project demand and lead governance processes.
  • Create, review, and maintain team(s) backlog with input from System Architect/Engineering/Analytics/Operations team and other stakeholders
  • Document and analyze product requirements by defining user stories, system dependencies, user journeys through information architecture and acceptance criteria in the form of acceptance tests
  • Contribute to the definition and clear communication of product’s vision and strategy by engaging with business leadership and multiple teams such as customer experience, solution architecture, project management, operations, and support.
  • Lead and coordinate product demos for multiple audiences including business stakeholders, leadership team and other teams
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners to realize product’s delivery goals and populate all the backlog dependencies during the development cycles
  • Make smart trade-offs between features/customer experience versus time-to-market; using experience, data, and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
  • Drive products to achieve success metrics on an ongoing basis throughout the product lifecycle by analyzing and solving the problems of your targeted end users
  • Develop a thorough understanding of user personas, customer types, and platform implementations to continually assessing the competitive landscape and marketplace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an information technology professional with increasing responsibility designing, delivering, and maintaining digital systems
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats promotional material compliance and/or digital asset management
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive projects toward completion with proper planning and management.
  • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
  • Excitement about product ownership and making a difference for Pfizer
  • Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training, or experience
  • A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
  • Ability to lead product development teams, collaborate and navigate in a matrix organization set up
  • Detail and results oriented, able to write detailed specs and analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings
  • Loves to share inspiration and new ideas with your direct and indirect teams
  • A team player and fun to work with

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of Veeva Vault architecture and design. Ability to create basic PromoMats workflows.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of the Pharma industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic solutions, products and\or projects
  • High proficiency and proven successful delivery of global content management solutions and/or medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) experiences using Agile development
  • Relevant advanced training or degrees (e.g. Veeva training, MBA or other advanced degrees, etc)

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive computer use, ability to work at a rapid pace, in a virtual environment. 
  • Mental requirements include acuity, problem solving, pattern recognition, comprehension of complex ideas, articulation, translation between technical and business, and task management / completion

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Due to the global nature of this role, physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours may be required on occasion
  • Travel (up to 10%) may be required for onsite workshops, meetings, and conferences
