Job Description
Pfizer is hiring, for a 12-month contract, a Marketing Operations Specialist for the site of Rome, Italy. The position will report to the Rare Disease and Gene Therapy Marketing Lead within the I&I and Rare Disease Unit and will be supporting a strategic brand of Rare Disease portfolio in cardiovascular area.

Primary Responsibilities
Support Country Brand Leads & facilitate all administrative steps required for congress activities, scientific advice, advisory boards, business donations and other marketing projects.
Drive MAPP process of supplier analysis and validation in terms of compliance (FQE, DDQ, VAF), contract preparation & approval.
Manage MAPP Navigator, ARIBA & EasyGIP processes by preparing and including - on time and according to the required standards – the appropriate documentation, by supporting approvals and follow-ups.
Process financial administrative information (e.g. invoices, expense claims, PO payments in line with company procedure), supporting CBLs to manage brand A&P budgets, checking and validating information for completeness and investigating errors or discrepancies.
Plan, organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines and avoid bottlenecks.
Provide ad hoc project management support for internal meetings organization and for booking travel arrangements if required.
Regularly participate and lead in problem solving to assist and support the effectiveness of the team.
Become an expert and a reference within the team for Pfizer processes and policies.
What You Offer
General knowledge of pharmaceutical market regulation
Knowledge of standard requirements for the organization of congresses (ECM and non-ECM) in pharmaceutical market
Previous experience in supporting administrative roles gained in pharmaceutical companies
Previous experience in managing patient support programs preferential
High level computer literacy
Attitude to work with different software packages and applications
Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
Agree upon confidentiality level for all kind of information
Team player
Good knowledge of English
