What You Will Achieve
You will help Pfizer carry out the activities in distribution logistics centers to meet customer requirements, such as shipping and receiving requests, packing, storage, distribution of products, samples and promotional literature to domestic and/or international locations and associated customer service. Your will be responsible for preparing and/or supplying clinical supplies used in clinical trials in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, which typically include packaging, labelling, assembling, shipping, records maintenance, protocol evaluation, coding of samples and storage of approved materials.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets.
Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer and make decisions within organization's guidelines and policies.
Interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders assure labeling requirements and target dates for implementation of new presentations and labeling are met.
Interface globally with Packaging Coordinators (PCs) and Supply Chain Leads (SCLs) and all other groups within or outside the clinical supply chain to oversee the creation of batch orders and bring packaging requests to completion.
Liaise with marketing, regulatory teams, Third Parties, packaging for artwork and component specs development.
Review internal/contractor packaging and labelling documents and make recommendations where appropriate to ensure compliance with Clinical Supply Packaging procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
Provide support to Literature labeling and packaging changes committee following up on the completion of artwork and specification.
Negotiate with Project Management, SCM and Market the implementation of the new component and support Lean and other Initiatives.
Work with Inventory Management, Quality Assurance and Global Analytics to co-ordinate and drive the progress of the packaging operation to ensure timelines are met.
Evaluate and communicate information pertaining to new labeling requirements and guidelines and initiate activities to ensure compliance
Track and manage labeling projects from artwork preparation through implementation.
Evaluate, edit and obtain approval for new and revised packaging specifications and packaging bills of materials.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Strong Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
Good Written and oral communication skills.
Experience with inventory management concepts.
System Application and Products knowledge.
Nice-to-Have
Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Good relationship management with customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving.
Be a self-starter, be accountable and have a sense of urgency in delivering results that have medical impact and yield a positive customer experience.
