ROLE SUMMARY

This role would be based out of Corporate office in Chennai. The person would work with the team to ensure

• Compliance to all Pfizer Policy and process.
• Strengthening Treasury & Banking related process
• Work closely with various stakeholder for setting up strong finance process
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations including GAAP

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee various accounting operations to ensure comply with reporting requirements.

• Will be the central point of contact and liaise with various stake holders for transaction performed by our Finance Share services Center, Dublin Treasury center (DTC) and TP COE.
• Liaison with our Banker for all Non routine transaction.
• Set-up internal process for monitoring & Review of cross border transaction including foreign Vendor payment

• FEMA & RBI reporting.
• Intercompany billing mechanism and ensure comply with revenue recognition criteria.
• Preparation and presentation of Cash flow statement on monthly basis.
• Quarterly & Annual Cash forecast statement.
• Ability to work around USGAAP and IGAAP financials for strategizing requirements.
• Manage accounts receivables, accounts payables transaction of the company
• Manage and co-ordinate for all Internal/corporate audits as require.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A relevant Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce);
• Chartered accountant with 8+ years post qualification experience
• Working experience on accounting and reporting systems preferably SAP

Good understanding on Treasury Activities including RBI reporting.

Hands on experience on Internal Control

Working level expertise on SAP, Microsoft office

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Analytical ability with good forecasting skills

Good communication skills and ability to work in a high performing team
