The Marketing Technician collaborates to ensure the execution/roll-out of the customer strategies across the country developed by the different brands such as Prevenar, Apexxnar, Nimenrix and other vaccines. This person will report to Marketing Lead within the VX and IM unit and give support to the main promoted brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the implementation of marketing plans: Support and follow-up of promotional materials development, collaboration with initiatives and programmes with HCPs, and other stakeholders, active collaboration with FF and medical department for implementation of the strategies and tactics.
  • Contributes to develop and implement strategy and tactics ensuring the achievement of the objectives of the business area through effective planning and management of resources.
  • Contributes to implement digital strategies and tactics
  • Implements compliant customer facing activities for brands (customer programs, symposia, etc.) which are aligned with local customer needs and marketplace insights
  • Management of internal approvals for non/promotional materials and activities of the brand Follow up internal approvals’ procedure (ARIBA, ACM)
  • Continued work with external suppliers and agencies to develop brand materials/activities. Search new suppliers that maximize our business.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional team (medical, access, FF, communication, patients, customer marketing, etc.) to optimize tactical plan implementation.
  • Active collaboration and continued contact with Field Force supporting implementation of the strategy and tactics.
  • Collaborate to ensure resources are invested in an appropriate manner, spending, and controlling local budget as agreed for her/his areas of responsibility. Demonstrate compliant use of financial systems and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the internal local procedures and compliance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the external legal requirements (code of ethics of Farmaindustria) for the development of promotional materials and activities.
  • Management of documentation and promotional materials of the brand (GCMA and CAM regulation).

Skills, qualifications, and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master degree or MBA as a plus
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical customer environment
  • < 3 years of work experience
  • English skills to work with global teams, business correspondence and documents, phone and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the internal and external local procedures according to compliance requirements.
  • Relationship management and teamwork to establish cooperative and successful peer relationships.
  • Proven record in planning and project development: accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; delivers on budget and time, breaks down work into the process steps; develops schedules; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance against goals; evaluates results.
  • Time management using his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities to attend a broader range of activities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in the face of decision making.
  • Develop and champion new ideas and questions the status quo.
  • Interpersonal skills required as well as communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactivity and positive “Can do attitude” with self-motivation, energy and drive owning the Pfizer values
