ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Director US Consumer Relationship Management (CRM)
Strategy is responsible for creating a world class direct to consumer capability.  This role will partner with the respective products and regions to translate their respective marketing strategies into the CRM channel.  The role will create, optimize, and personalize consumer journeys, batch campaigns, and product launch campaigns across consumer touchpoints.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define 1st-party data vision and strategy for both consumers and Health Care Providers (HCPs), including exploring data enrichment opportunities and defining potential connectivity across different data assets (both 1st and 3rd party)
  • Ideate and execute initiatives to capture consumer and HCP first party data
  • Partner to maintain the accuracy of both consumer and HCP first party data on an on-going basis.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to deploy Pfizer’s 1st-party assets to drive higher consumer as well as HCP engagement
  • Ideate and execute on Consumer Relationships programs and develop strategy for sustained consumer engagement within context of these programs and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, including:
    • Partner with products / markets to identify data capture and enrichment opportunities
    • Partner with Commercial GTM Strategy & Innovation to develop new platforms or tools that engage with consumers
    • Partner with Customer Facing Colleagues to identify data capture and enhancement opportunities with HCPs
    • Partner with Applied Intelligence & Insight to ensure accurate measurement and to optimize first party data reporting for both HCP and consumer data
    • Partner with Digital to ensure alignment on first party data capture
    • Partner with Consumer Engagement Platforms and Technology to ensure optimal capture and storage of first party data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 15+ years of experience
  • Experience creating, managing, and optimizing programs to capture first party data for consumers and/or providers
  • Experience using analytics to enhance first party data capture strategies and identify new valuable data elements to capture
  • Experience with partnering closely with Legal and Compliance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
  • Master’s level education preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $185,800.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
