Position Summary

This position provides project coordination/support for new transaction and integration, Enterprise partnerships, and Key Stakeholders relations efforts originating from the Accounting Process Optimization, Integration and Tax team within Corporate Accounting and will serve as the support function to the to the leadership team with the Enterprise Controller function. Incumbent plays an integral role with, securing, documenting and pursuing new business opportunities and developing relationships with internal/external key stakeholders Enterprise wide. This is a highly visible role with significant areas of responsibility. Project responsibilities include ordering coordination of material, creating spreadsheets to document events, process improvement opportunities, contract management, scheduling transaction management, high-level partnership business meetings, department team meetings, creating and disseminating agendas and team minutes, research related to ongoing and new transactions with key stakeholders and partnerships, analysis and summary. Active follow up of critical action items and follow through of key tasks under the guidance of the Executive Director and in collaboration with department staff.

Role encompasses significant administrative functions and responsibilities including but not limited to coordination and maintenance of the pipeline summary report, processing and filing transaction documents, contracts and other key documents, as applicable.  Assisting with reorganizing electronic accounting and tax files on Teams and One Drive. Assisting with meeting preparation, collaborating on documenting key takeaways from process improvement meetings with key leaders across the Enterprise, key deliverables and customer relations. Requires strong computer skills and ability to influence to meet deadlines and project timelines. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. 

Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a matrixed environment. Must have the ability to positively interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient; a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail extremely important.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • 5 years Post High School Trade, Business or Professional School
  • 5+ years project and administrative experience; health care experience preferred.

Required Courses/Training:

  • Word processing, computer experience necessary, background in Microsoft required, establish and maintain filing systems.

Preferred education experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Administrative, project coordination, consulting, integration and business development.  Clinical operations a plus
