The Department of Mining Engineering and Management (MEM) at the South Dakota Mines invites applications for an Instructor, Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for the Fall 2021 semester in the Business Management in Technology Program. This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an earned master’s degree in business or engineering or a closely related field. They should also have at least 5 years experience, ideally more, as a Sales Manager, Director of Sales or in Sales Technology. Previous experience teaching online or in person with the use of an online learning management system is desirable. Expectations will include teaching both undergraduate and graduate level courses. The position may continue semester-by-semester, dependent upon performance, department need, funding, and student enrollment.
