They will develop data-specific algorithms, and/or evaluate software suites developed elsewhere, to best extract specific answers from large immuno-genomics datasets (single-cell RNAseq, epigenomic profiling, microbiome, CRISPR screens). Will do so using advanced multivariate statistics and AI/ML approaches (DNN), implemented in R, Python, MatLab. They will be responsible for implementation of data analysis and display tools used by experimentalists in the lab, and in training them to use these tools. Will handle core data processing and management, and may also partake in development and deployment of web visualization tools for ImmGen data and knowledge. These responsibilities will be enabled by coordination with computational collaborators and other resources in the laboratory, at HMS and the Broad Institute, and across the Boston and ImmGen communities. We are looking for a strong team player, who also has the experience and range to take full responsibility for projects, and harness the available resources as needed.
