If so, we invite you to consider an exciting opportunity with the University Of Southern Maine School Of Nursing as the Coordinator of Graduate Nursing Education. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Graduate Faculty Coordinator, our graduate faculty and our administrative coordination team to ensure administrative efficiency within graduate programs to create and sustain a positive student, faculty and staff experience.
The Coordinator of Graduate Education is responsible for tracking graduate Master of Science and Doctor of Nurse Practice (MS/DNP) admissions, data for graduate programs as required by accreditation and approval agencies, coordinating review and revision of catalog content for the graduate programs, student support, graduate program course scheduling, special projects, support for grant applications, graduate student certification application processing, and is responsible for document/ database management, involving the use of several electronic databases.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external individuals and teams to support our School of Nursing mission to advance the health and well-being of the community through the education of compassionate and competent nurses, prepared for the challenges of 21st century nursing practice.
Work Schedule: Regular, full time, with nights and weekends as required. Flexible work schedule with remote work options for spring 2021.
Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the annual salary is $40K, plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan, subject to employer vesting policy. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. · Baccalaureate degree
· Current knowledge of nursing practice and/or health care.
· Minimum of one year of related experience
