Job DescriptionSummary of Position
Under direct supervision of the Information Technology Manager, work collaboratively as a member of the Enterprise Operations & Business Systems Desktop Management team. Monitor and maintain endpoints and related equipment by providing endpoint support for faculty, staff, and students including hands-on training of various software and systems used throughout UNH. Assist and coordinate in the use of technology during events. Act as main point of contact with employees; must be able to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Experience with Windows, Mac OSX, iOS, Android, Microsoft Office.
