Digital Workspace Systems Administrator
§ The Systems Administrator provides daily support of Moffitt's unified endpoint environment including application delivery, vulnerability management and patching to provide a consistent user and application experience across all computing platforms.
The Ideal Candidate
§ Extensive experience with one or more: SCCM, Windows 10, Group Policy, lmprivata, Sophos, etc
§ Scripting experience using PowerShell, AutoIt, or other Windows based languages
§ Familiarity with Apple hardware
§ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
§ Well-organized, self-directed, results and detail oriented with an eagerness to tackle difficult problems in a fast-paced team environment
§ Daily administration and troubleshooting of physical and virtual endpoints to include vulnerability patching, third party patching, OS and driver updates, application deployments
§ Project and Teamwork
Credentials and Qualifications
- Minimum Required – Associates Degree - Field of Study: Computer Science/ Information
Systems or a related major
Minimum of seven (7) years proficiency in a technical support role with at least one major area of focus or experience in application delivery, application administration and support, virtualization, vulnerability management, or unified endpoint management
* -OR- High School Diploma with an additional three (3) years of relevant technology experience plus the seven (7) years (for a total of 10 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of an Associate's
Bachelor’s Degree – Field of Study – Computer Science/Information systems or related Major
Healthcare or hospital IT experience in a 24x7 environment.
