Assists with the animal work in the research project and collects, compiles and analyzes data.
Conduct animal experiments including animal treatment, blood, urine, feces, tissue collection, animal surgery, and isolate the mouse hepatocytes.
Breed & genotypes transgenic mice (e.g., weaning the animal, cross the animal to generate new transgenic mice).
Selects and determines appropriate animal research procedures.
Conducts literature searches and summarizes information in an appropriate format for a particular study.
Documents and interprets results of experiments and reports to principal investigators.
Perform cytotoxicity assays may be needed
Oversee the maintenance of lab equipment and environment.
